ESPRIT Europe GmbH: Business growth demands innovative DMS

By a joint effort with B&L as consulting company, Esprit Europe Ltd. prepared the establishment of a strategically new document management system in the course of last year. By means of the potential analysis, firstly the chances and risks were pinpointed and then transferred to a package of measures.

The fundamental goal of the new DMS is to ensure a legally compliant and efficient archiving despite of fast growing businesses.

Meanwhile the allocation of scanning services, the preparation for replacement of the old systems and the writing of a basic concept for the automated processing of incoming business documents were implemented. With the assistance of B&L, the provider as well as the platform of the future document management system for Esprit were selected.
