B&L Performance is conducting benchmarking studies of DMS solutions concerning comparable companies  by analysing development and status and applying criteria such as:

• General classification (branch, size etc.)

• General aspects (initial motivation and goals, documentation)

• System parameters (deployed products, number of purchased/used licenses…)

• Covered solution areas (long-term archive, incoming mail processing…)

The B&L Maturity-Pyramid evaluates the maturity level of the solution.
