At manageable costs, the ECM potential analysis provides the customer with the necessary information for taking decisions. On the basis of the essential requirements, it delivers a rough concept and a cost-benefit estimate.

• Analysis & Concepts

Analysis and concepts are always produced on the basis of customer defined needs. Our best practice approach for DMS-projects provides an ideal procedure for the development of organizational and technical concepts. A series of analysis, interview, configuration and evaluation tools ensuring maximum effectiveness and efficiency for every individual project is also available.

• Product and Vendor Selection

A profound selection and decision in line with the specific customer needs is based upon the selection from extensive questionnaires and the use of a software tool for generating web-based questionnaires.

• Project Indicator

Transparency gets easily lost in complex projects due to the involvement of different departments and eventually more than one supplier. Continuous measurements of the current project situation by means of a compact inquiry of all parties involved gives a graphical visualization of the project status and is comprehensible to decision makers.

• Performance

In many cases, ECM and DMS systems are planned for several configuration levels. However, after completion of level 1, the further development levels are no longer pursued and a great deal of potential is not used. Our product “Performance” points out the potential and offers suggestions for a more efficient and effective use of existing investments.

• Compliance

Today, companies are subject to a large number of regulations which all are designed to make risks transparent and internal processes comprehensible. For quite some time, in Germany the principles of properly-supported data processing accounting systems (GoBS) require a process documentation.  The requirements resulting from GoBS or similar regulations are largely identical. Only few companies, however, keep current and past (older versions) process documentation as it cannot be handled by using traditional methods at reasonable costs. By developing an innovative method, our product “Compliance” uses the possibilities of modern document management systems and provides thus an efficient and up-to-date process documentation.
