Approach potential analysis

A combination of several workshops, semi-structured interviews and predefined checklists as well as the focus on key issues enable us to provide an efficient approach.

After having identified the goals and the further approach, a pre-selection of the specified sectors or processes needs to be carried out.

A brief analysis gathers the necessary information for determining the need for action and for designing a basic concept.

On the basis of this information, requirements are deduced and a basic concept including a cost-benefit analysis based on market prices is designed.

The most important result of the analysis is to identify the need for action.

The need for action per sector and process is identified by:

  • level of strain

  • feasibility

  • influence on the business success

The characteristic features to identify the level of strain, feasibility and influence on success depend on the considered technology and its success factors. Appropriate guidelines, questionnaires and checklists exist for several technologies.
